Allison was just telling me the other day that our family is "travelers". That is so true and we have been busy teaching the kids to travel, after all, it takes practice.
Isaac got to go to Oklahoma when he was barely a month old. He loved the plane ride. All of our kids get the best rest on the plane.
He got to see his grandparents and then we headed home. Life of a 1 month old.
Pictures to follow.

Isaac
Welcome to the world Isaac. Wow what a year. Isaac was born on September 24. This is significant because I was really worried he wouldn't make it for the school cutoff October 1. Laugh if you want, but an extra year of preschool is a lot of money.
Granted he will be the youngest in his class but his dad says we can just put him in a good preschool (uh oh, Kyle will have to fix the spreadsheet). In case, you forgot. Kyle has a spreadsheet for our finances probably until the kids are out of elementary. Imagine the kink Isaac put in it.
Well, Isaac is the best little guy ever. Everywhere we go, people comment on how cute he is. You will rarely hear him cry when we are out. He loves to go and take it all in. Good think too, since he gets to go to Ballroom dancing classes, church, preschool productions, elementary carnivals, and more. He was definitely meant to be a third child.
Our family calls him "baby". He probably doesn't recognize his name. We will have to change that sometime soon since you can't be a baby forever especially with Kyle as your dad. Kyle is the "baby" and he hates that.
Isaac is already working on crawling and babbles back at you, but what he does best is smile. If you believe that you are what your name is then Isaac proves that. "He will laugh"

Evan 2013
Evan is our big guy. Don't call him DUDE-- he will quickly tell you he is not a dude.
He is still in "robot class" (speech therapy) but we are thinking of stopping next month. Yes, he has come that far. I can't tell you how relieved I was the day he finally came home and said "K".
This year he is so into monster trucks. Kyle took him to Monster Jam Finals in Vegas this year. They went with our friends the Cornmans. He loved it. He reads books about them and I know everything they could possibly do.
He also likes superheros. This shows the power of preschool. He has a sister who only cares about girl stuff -mainly Barbies. Yet, he knows every superhero out there especially the Avengers. We don't watch them at home since most of it is PG13 but also our kids are easily spooked by movies. Trust me on this one, we only like happy movies.
He is going to a different preschool next year. Next week, we will say good bye to the place that has taken care of him since he was 6 weeks old but he is ready. He is looking forward to the bigger Pre-K and we are really excited for him.
I am sad to see them grow-up but they are so excited about it that you can't help but be excited too. Go Evan--- oh and he wants to be a baby doctor this week. Like I said, he LOVES his baby.

Kindergarten
Allison had Ms. Phillips for kindergarten this year. We were so lucky to have her. She has been a teacher FOREVER and really taught Allie a lot. Allison can read! She loves to get books and even reads to herself a lot. I love to read so I am really hoping she will continue. Nana Lawson took her to the library most Wednesday's this year which included dinner with grandparents- aka sweets.
Allison had a great year at the BIG school "Wolff Elementary". She had four really good girlfriends (Zoe, Nevaeh, Abigail, Athena). They are too cute. I was so happy to see her interact with them but also happy to see her just be herself.
She took gymnastics, Spanish, church class, and swimming.
Allison had a family project every month. What a challenge for her parents - the very non-creative pharmacists. My mom told me that maybe I should have majored in Art which definitely would have been more useful to pass kindergarten. We made a headband holder out of recycled bottle, a race car, a book box for all of her new books, tons of princess themed stuff. Yes, every project was pink after all it wouldn't be Allison's if it wasn't.
Can't wait for first grade!

Oops, It is 2013
Okay, so I obviously gave up on blog but it is a good way to store memories and man are we making some these days.
I will have to update pictures later but I can at least write some of the stuff that maybe I will want to remember later (fondly when the kids are teenagers and hard to like).
First of all, our family is now a family of five. Isaac was born 09/24/12 and we love him more everyday. Evan especially loves him. It is fun to watch him with his brother. He talks to him in baby talk (not sure where he picked that up since we do not talk in baby talk at our house). He is constantly bringing him toys and trying to get him to laugh. Evan is super good at getting him to laugh and I am hopeful that it continues in the future.
Allison loves her "big family" but another brother hasn't affected her life much. When you are the oldest and only girl for this generation, not much affects your life.
So that is our family in a nut shell. Kyle and I are still working fulltime which makes for confusion and lots of last minute details but hey this is what life is about and someday I am sure we will miss this chaos (at least I will, maybe not Kyle) .
